I have used the gemmotherapy products in the past and there is nothing like them. What is wonderful about your shop,is that the price is very fair and wonderfully low compared to a purchase in the U.S. I am sure I will be using them again in the future or maybe some other product prescribed by my doctor!!! this site is the best place, none close for gemmotherapy. I am a physician that utilizes gemmotherapy and refer all my patients to this site for their extracts. The only problem is that patients and myself at times have significant problems with concealed orders because of inability to secure payment with U.S. credit cards. I truly appreciate this site hope you can work on the credit card problem. Have had 4 patients in the last 2 months unable to purchase because of credit card problems. R Williams M.D.

The payment issue with US credit cards is known and we cannot do anything about it on our side but the solution is easy for the card holder. The two actors that can solve it are the card holder and his bank. Our payment process uses 3D Secure system as developed by Visa and Mastercard.
When PayPlug payment Company sends the request for payment to the Bank, this one checks if the card holder has activated the 3D Secure code on his card. If not, the US Bank often rejects the request for payment without any information to the card holder. This is the major issue since our client receives no feedback on his payment that has been refused by his bank. He usually gets a blank screen.
The solution is simple. The card holder needs to contact his bank to register for 3D Secure on his card.

I just got fantastic results with the delicious organic lupin flour, which I haven't found in the USA, and was so glad to be able to order from your company. I made "banana bean" cookies and your flour was easy to work with and tastes really good. One request please: could you possibly make also the organic lupine beans themselves available for purchase? I can get just the non-organic lupine beans here in the USA. I am looking for organic, and I would prefer using your company because of how well you did my lupin flour order. Thank you!

Guys, I'm from Belgium and when we speak about food, I have high standards and high expectations. Firstly, I could'nt believe the price were that low: that only means that food quality and/or service is bad. Which is not the case: soja proteins were damn goods, as well as the nuts, tea and all the other products I bought. The products were also quickly delivered and without a damn damage. In a nutshell: one of the best online shop I ever bought from.
